从“血”论治敏感性皮肤病

Treatment of Sensitive Skin Conditions from the Perspective of “Blood”

摘要: 敏感性皮肤病是皮肤处于高度不耐受的状态，轻微的外界刺激即可出现皮损改变，近年来发病率较高。中医可归纳为“风瘙痒”、“花粉疮”、“桃花癣”等范畴，段渠教授认为敏感性皮肤病主要的病机是风、热、湿搏结于血分熏蒸面部。本文介绍段渠教授从血论治敏感性皮肤病，确立了凉血清热治其标，养血滋阴治其本的治疗原则。通过对病案的分析，讨论组方思路、用药特点，希望为临床治疗提供新的参考。

Abstract: Sensitive skin conditions refer to a highly intolerant state of the skin, where slight external stimuli may induce changes in the appearance of the skin. Over the past few years, there has been a notable increase in the incidence rate. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) categorizes these conditions as “wind itching”, “pollen-induced sores/ulcers”, and “peach blossom tinea”. Professor Duan Qu attributed the main pathogenesis to the binding of wind, heat and dampness in the blood phase fumigating and steaming the face. This article introduces Professor Duan’s treatment of sensitive skin conditions from the perspective of “blood”. He established the treatment principles of cooling blood and clearing heat to treat the tip while also nourishing blood and yin to address the root cause. Through the analysis of medical records, the article discusses the thinking behind the formula combination and the characteristics of the medications, with the hope of shedding new light on the clinical treatment of these conditions.
