初中生自尊、自我同一性和班级环境对领导力的影响
The Influence of Self-Esteem, Self-Identity and Class Environment on Leadership in Junior High School Students
摘要: 目的:探讨初中生自尊、自我同一性和班级环境对领导力的影响。方法:采用高中生领导力量表、自尊量表、自我同一性危机量表、我的班级,对某市某中学以班级为单位的156人进行调查。结论:1) 初中生领导力、自我同一性、班级环境都表现出了显著的差异;2) 在初中生班级环境对领导力的影响中,自我同一性有着完全中介作用(p > 0.05);3) 班级环境对领导力有正向预测作用。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the influence of self-esteem, self-identity and class environment on leadership of junior middle school students. Methods: 156 students from a middle school in a certain city were investigated by using the leadership scale, self-esteem scale, self-identity crisis scale and my class. Conclusion: 1) Junior high school students have significant differences in leadership, self-identity and class environment; 2) Self-identity played a completely mediating role in the influence of middle school students’ class environment on leadership (p > 0.05); 3) Class environment has a positive predictive effect on leadership.
