从《金匮要略》论治中医外科肛肠疾病

Treatment of Surgical Anorectal Diseases of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Synopsis of Golden Chamber

摘要: 《金匮要略》作为中医四大经典之一，里面包含了各种理法方药知识，从预防、病因、治疗等多方面对各种疾病做了分类综合阐述，虽然里面大部分是关于内科疾病的研究，但深入阅读也可以挖掘书中包含了许多与中医外科肛肠疾病相联系的内容，并且对现代临床治疗具有指导意义，本文基于对《金匮要略》条文的理解与分析以及结合其他期刊发表的相关文章阅读并联系在实习中经历的临床经验来探讨《金匮要略》与中医外科肛肠疾病的诸多联系。

Abstract: Synopsis of Golden Chamber as one of the four classics of traditional Chinese medicine, it contains a variety of theoretical and prescription knowledge, from prevention, etiology, treatment and other aspects of the classification of various diseases comprehensive elaboration, although most of it is about the study of internal medicine diseases, but in-depth reading can also dig into the book contains a lot of content related to anorectal diseases in TCM surgery, and has guiding significance for modern clinical treatment, this article is based on the Synopsis of Golden Chamber. The understanding and analysis of the articles, as well as the reading of relevant articles published in other journals and the clinical experience experienced in the internship, to explore the many connections between the Synopsis of Golden Chamber and anorectal diseases in TCM surgery.
