关于射频消融技术治疗下肢静脉曲张临床应用新进展

摘要: 下肢静脉曲张(lower extremity varicose veins)指涉及下肢浅静脉伸长、迂曲而成曲张状态,直径至少为3 mm。在持久站立工作、体力活动强度高、久坐、老年和肥胖人群多见。同时也是影响生活质量常见的问题。由于下肢静脉曲张患者逐年增加,导致下肢静脉曲张疾病带给患者和医疗系统的经济负担与日俱增。如果能够早期预防和减慢疾病的发展就可以降低由于疾病复发,治疗和护理产生的巨大成本。而射频消融术可以有效治疗静脉曲张并有手术后恢复快,对生产生活影响较小和并发症少等优点。随着血管外科微创技术的发展,腔内射频消融术在治疗大隐静脉的过程中无须剥离主干,在管腔内即可完成。此篇综述主要总结目前射频消融技术治疗下肢静脉曲张临床应用的进展。
Abstract: Varicose veins of the lower extremities refer to the varicose state involving the elongation and tor-tuosity of the superficial veins of the lower extremities, with a diameter of at least 3 mm. It is more common in long-term standing work, high physical activity intensity, sedentary, elderly, and obese people. It is also a common problem affecting the quality of life. As the number of patients with var-icose veins of the lower extremities increases year by year, the economic burden of varicose veins of the lower extremities on patients and the medical system is increasing day by day. If the disease can be prevented and slowed down at an early stage, the huge costs of treatment and care due to disease recurrence can be reduced. Radiofrequency ablation can effectively treat varicose veins and has the advantages of rapid recovery after surgery, less impact on production and life, and fewer complications. With the development of minimally invasive techniques in vascular surgery, endo-vascular radiofrequency ablation can be completed in the lumen without stripping the trunk during the treatment of the great saphenous vein. This review mainly summarizes the progress of the clin-ical application of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities.
