高校青年教师提升教学能力的几点思考

Some Reflections on Improving Teaching Ability of Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities

摘要: 青年教师是高校教育教学工作的主要力量。为了提升高校教学质量，提高人才培养水平，必须提高青年教师的教学能力和教学水平。本文主要对当前高校青年教师教学能力现状进行了分析，指出了高校青年教师教学能力方面存在的问题。基于此，本文从打牢思想认知、运用教学技能、激发内在动力三个方面提出了改进措施。

Abstract: Young teachers are the main force in college education and teaching. In order to improve the teaching quality and the level of talent training, it is necessary to improve the teaching ability and teaching level of young teachers. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities, and points out the existing problems in the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities. Based on this, this paper puts forward the improvement measures from three aspects: strengthening ideological cognition, using teaching skills and stimulating inner motivation.
