现代学徒制下中职院校“双导师”队伍建设研究
Research on the Construction of “Double Tutors” in Secondary Vocational Colleges under Modern Apprenticeship System
摘要: 教师是立教之本、兴教之源,高质量的中职教育需要高质量的教师队伍支撑。随着现代学徒制的推进和校企之间的深度合作,部分学校专业师资紧缺的问题得到了有效解决,但现代学徒制人才培养模式对教师队伍的素质提出了更高的要求,同时在现代学徒制的稳步发展下,中职院校要培养出适应要求的人才,就应当加强“双导师”师资队伍的建设。本文通过阐述现代学徒制下“双导师”的内涵与“双导师”队伍建设的必要性,分析中职院校“双导师”队伍建设现状,发现问题,并提出相应的建设策略。
Abstract:
Teachers are the foundation and source of education. High quality secondary vocational education needs high-quality teachers. With the promotion of the modern apprenticeship system and the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises, the shortage of professional teachers in some schools has been effectively solved. However, the modern apprenticeship talent training mode has put forward higher requirements for the quality of the teachers. At the same time, with the steady development of the modern apprenticeship system, secondary vocational schools should strengthen the construction of the “double tutor” teachers’ team if they want to cultivate talents that meet the requirements. This paper expounds the connotation of “double tutors” under the modern apprenticeship system and the necessity of “double tutors” team construction, analyzes the current situa-tion of “double tutors” team construction in secondary vocational schools, finds problems, and puts forward corresponding construction strategies.
