智慧医疗对老年人健康的影响研究——基于江西省赣州市的调查

摘要: 目的：探讨智慧医疗对老年人自评健康的影响，并根据现状提出改善智慧医疗以及促进老年人健康的对策与建议。方法：对赣州市60岁及以上的老年人进行问卷调查，运用SPSS软件对问卷结果进行统计分析。结果：医疗健康信息化认知、医疗服务网络化的效果、医疗机构智慧化的效果都与老年人的自评健康存在显著影响。结论：目前赣州市智慧医疗的建设取得了一些成果，智慧医疗的发展改善了老年人的健康水平，但是还存在一些不足，今后政府要加大财政投入；积极来开发智慧医疗服务平台；提高老年人参与智慧医疗的积极性。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the impact of smart medical care on the self-rated health of the elderly, and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve smart medical care and promote the health of the elderly according to the current situation. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted for the elderly aged 60 and above in Ganzhou City, and the questionnaire results were statistically analyzed by SPSS software. Results: The cognition of medical and health informatization, the effect of medical service networking, and the effect of intelligent medical institutions all had significant effects on the self-rated health of the elderly. Conclusion: At present, the construction of smart medical care in Ganzhou City has achieved some results, and the development of smart medical care has improved the health level of the elderly. However, there are still some shortcomings, and the government should increase financial investment in the future; actively develop a smart medical service platform; increase the enthusiasm of the elderly to participate in smart medical care.
