Abstract: Acute pancreatitis is a common acute abdominal disease ingastroenterology. According to the con-dition of acute pancreatitis, it can be divided into mild, moderate-severe and severe, and the hospi-talization time of patients with severe pancreatitis is prolonged, and the mortality rate is obviously increased, so the early identification of severe pancreatitis is of great significance. At present, the prediction of the severity of the disease can be broadly divided into clinical scoring system, imaging scoring system, biomarker prediction, this paper summarizes and concludes the research progress of various prediction systems in clinical application, aiming to provide a basis and reference for the interpretation of the condition of acute pancreatitis.
