新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)与心血管系统疾病

摘要: 新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)是一种急性呼吸系统传染性疾病,目前已证实其可累及全身多个系统,除肺组织外,以心血管系统受累最为常见,主要表现为心肌损伤、心律失常、急性心肌炎、心肌病、心力衰竭及急性心肌梗死。有基础心血管疾病者合并新型冠状病毒感染后重症发生比例更高,死亡风险更大。现对新型冠状病毒肺炎命名及其心血管系统常见并发症进行综述。
Abstract: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an acute respiratory infectious disease that has been shown to involve multiple systems throughout the body. In addition to the lungs, the cardiovascular system is most commonly affected, with myocardial injury, arrhythmias, acute myocarditis, cardio-myopathy, heart failure and acute myocardial infarction. People with underlying cardiovascular disease have a higher rate of severe illness and a greater risk of death after developing Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The origin of COVID-19 nomenclature and common complications of car-diovascular system are described.
