Experience in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis with Erxian Jian Knee Prescription

摘要: 目的：总结导师朴勇洙教授运用二仙健膝方治疗成人斯蒂尔病的经验。方法：分析朴勇洙教授对膝骨关节炎病因病机的认识，剖析二仙健膝方的组成和功效，总结在临床实践中的使用依据，并附临床医案验证。结果：朴勇洙教授认为本病的基本病机为肝肾亏损，营卫不和。本病的形成多由于患者正虚于内，肝肾亏损，精血不能濡养筋骨，卫气不固，又容易导致风寒湿侵袭，从而引起邪气痹阻经络，气血运行不畅发为痹证。肝肾的充足、营卫的和调是筋骨强盛、关节滑利的重要因素，所以在治疗上应补益肝肾，调和营卫以达到阴阳平衡的作用。结论：朴勇洙教授运用二仙健膝方治疗膝关节炎疗效显著，其经验值得临床学习和传承，且对于疾病无论新久、寒热均可以运用。

Abstract: Objective: To summarize the experience of Professor Park Yong-soo in treating adult Steele disease with Erxian Jianxi prescription. Methods: Professor Park Yong-soo’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis was analyzed, the composition and efficacy of Erxian Jian knee prescription were analyzed, the application basis in clinical practice was summarized, and clinical medical records were attached for verification. Results: Professor Park Yong-soo believed that the basic pathogenesis of this disease was liver and kidney deficit, and discord between ying and wei. The formation of the disease is due to the patient is vacuity in the inside, liver and kidney deficit, Jingxue cannot help to nourish the bones, Wei Qi is not solid, and easily lead to the invasion of wind cold dampness, resulting in evil qi obstruction meridians, Qi and blood operation is not smooth as bi syndrome. Adequate liver and kidney, Yingwei and regulation are important factors for strong muscles and bones and smooth joints, so in the treatment should be tonifying liver and kidney, harmonizing Yingwei to achieve the balance of Yin and Yang. Conclusion: Professor Park Yong-soo’s treatment of knee arthritis with Erxian Jianxi prescription is effective, and his experi-ence is worth clinical learning and inheritance, and can be applied to the disease regardless of the duration, cold and heat.
