雨课堂下《中医外科学》中“皮肤性病疾病”教学法的研究

Study on the Teaching Method of “Skin Venereal Diseases” in Surgery of Chinese Medicine under Rain Classroom

摘要: 《中医外科学》作为中医学生专业必修考试课程，不仅会对学生今后的临床打下坚定理论基础，也对学生坚定专业信念有着极其重要的影响，其重要性毋庸置疑。然而皮肤性病章节作为整本书的重点，却也是最难的部分，单一的传统课堂，对于皮肤疾病症状和皮损的描述类似，容易让学生困惑、丧失专业信心的负面影响，因此急需适应新模式的教学改革。本文通过对《中医外科学》中“皮肤性病”章节教学中遇到问题进行分析，借助雨课堂，实行“看病识图”联合“抽丝剥茧”的教学法，极大提高了学生课堂的参与度和积极性。

Abstract: As a compulsory examination course for Chinese medicine students, “TCM Surgery” not only lays a firm theoretical foundation for students’ future clinical practice, but also has an extremely important impact on students’ firm professional belief, and its importance is beyond doubt. However, as the focus of the whole book, the chapter on skin diseases and venereal diseases is also the most difficult part. A single traditional classroom, with similar descriptions of skin disease symptoms and lesions, is easy to confuse students and lose professional confidence in the negative impact, so it is urgent to adapt to the new model of teaching reform. This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the teaching of “skin venereal diseases” chapter in “Traditional Chinese Surgery”, and adopts the teaching method of “Kan Bing Shi Tu” combined with “Chou Si Bo Jian” in the Rain Class-room, which greatly improves students’ participation and enthusiasm in class.
