无锡市某社区管理问题研究

Study on Management Problems of a Community in Wuxi City

摘要: 社区是每个城市的重要组成部分，其承担了社区内人们的经济、文化、生活等方方面面的大小事务。新时期社会环境的发展变化十分迅速，社区管理逐步成为社会治理的重要环节。因此，增强社区管理的科学性，提高社区工作者的专业水平，满足居民的社区服务需求，做好社区的管理、服务工作有着十分重要的意义。无锡市某社区，社区居民较多、社区管理范围较广、结构较为复杂。该社区正处于快速发展阶段，但与无锡市其他发展水平较高的社区相比依然存在一定的差距。因此，为了解决社区管理中存在的问题，提供社区居民满意的服务，提高社区的整体管理服务水平，就需要不断增强社区管理的科学性，提高社区工作者的专业水平，加强个性化服务水平。文章将结合笔者在无锡市某社区的实习经历，对该社区的管理问题做进一步研究。通过对部分问题的分析，提出个人的一些建议，希望能为该社区的管理、建设尽绵薄之力。

Abstract: Community is an important part of every city, which undertakes the economy, culture, life and other aspects of the people in the community. In the new era, the development and change of so-cial environment are very rapid, and community management has gradually become an important part of social governance. Therefore, it is of great significance to enhance the scientific nature of community management, improve the professional level of community workers, meet the community service needs of residents, and do a good job in community management and service. A community in Wuxi City has more residents, wider management scope and more complex structure. This community is in the stage of rapid development, but there is still a certain gap compared with other communities with higher development level in Wuxi City. Therefore, in order to solve the problems existing in community management, provide community residents with satisfactory services, and improve the overall management service level of the community, it is necessary to continuously enhance the scientific nature of community management, improve the professional level of community workers, and strengthen the level of personalized service. This paper will be combined with the author's internship experience in a community in Wuxi City, to do further research on the management of this community. Through the analysis of some problems, I put forward some personal suggestions, hoping to make my modest contribution to the management and construction of the community.
