混合式教学在医学院校老年护理学课程开展的范围综述

摘要: 目的:对混合式教学在老年护理教学中的相关研究进行范围综述,为提升老年护理教学质量和规范混合式教学设计提供依据。方法:以范围综述的方法为框架,明确研究问题,在6个数据库中系统检索近十年发表的文献,时间截止至2023年8月10日。筛选符合纳入排除标准的文献进行分析和信息提取。结果:最初检索到173篇文献,最终纳入19篇。纳入研究中较少提及混合式教学概念,多采用量性研究方法,研究对象多是本科生,研究设计趋于规范化,结果表明混合式教学应用在老年护理可提升学生的知识、素质和感受。结论:混合式教学在老年护理学中的应用模式得到了广泛的发展,教学设计需考虑多个元素。混合式教学的应用效果得到研究者的认可,但其应用效果的评价维度、方法、指标仍有待进一步完善。
Abstract: Objective: To conduct a scoping review of studies related to blended learning in geriatric nursing course to provide a basis for improving the quality of geriatric nursing teaching and standardizing blended learning design. Methods: Using the scoping review method as a framework to clarify the research question, the literature published in the last decade was systematically searched in six databases up to August 10, 2023. Literature meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria was screened for analysis and information extraction. Results: An initial search yielded 173 publications, and 19 were ultimately included. The concept of blended teaching was less mentioned in the included studies, most of them used quantitative research methods, most of the research subjects were undergraduate students, and the research design tended to be standardized, and the results showed that the application of blended teaching in gerontological nursing courses could enhance students’ knowledge, quality and feelings. Conclusion: The application mode of blended learning in geriatric nursing courses has been widely developed. Blended teaching design needs to consider several elements. The application effect of blended teaching is recognized by researchers, but the evaluation dimensions, methods, and indicators of its application effect still need to be further improved.
