叙事护理在慢性病患者中的应用及研究进展

摘要: 文章在简要回顾叙事护理概念与起源基础上，着重介绍了叙事护理在临床慢性病实践领域的实施者、实施对象、干预形式及效果评价，从加强理论培训、丰富叙事护理等3个方面提出建议。以期为护理人员在实施叙事护理方面提供新思路，丰富叙事护理与人文精神内涵，使医学人文精神在实践基础上增添新的内涵。
Abstract: Based on a brief review of the concept and origin of narrative nursing, this paper mainly introduces the implementer, implementation object, intervention form and effect evaluation of narrative nursing in the field of clinical chronic disease practice, and puts forward suggestions from three aspects: strengthening theoretical training and enriching narrative nursing, et al. In order to provide new ideas for nurses in the implementation of narrative nursing, enrich the connotation of narrative nursing and humanistic spirit, and add new connotation of medical humanistic spirit on the basis of practice.
