管理者领导风格与员工工作满意度关系研究——以山西省晋中市实验小学为例
A Study on the Relationship between Managers’ Leadership Styles and Employees’ Job Satisfaction—A Case Study of Experimental Primary Schools in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province
摘要: 本文以山西省晋中市实验小学为例,以其全体教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查的形式进行研究数据的收集,运用spss软件进行了数据分析和整理,并基于领导权变理论,研究组织公民行为中介作用下校长领导风格和教师工作满意度的关系。研究结果显示,校长领导风格以告知型领导风格为主;教师工作满意度和教师组织公民行为处于中等水平;教师感知的领导风格、工作满意度与性别、年龄、教龄间均无显著差异,教师组织公民行为在性别方面存在显著差异;领导风格能够正向预测教师工作满意度和组织公民行为,教师组织公民行为能够正向预测教师工作满意度。基于此,校长应多采用参与型和推销型领导风格,并系统学习管理知识,提升管理能力和素质。
Abstract:
This paper takes the experimental elementary school in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province as an example, takes all its teachers as the research object, collects the research data in the form of questionnaire survey, analyzes and arranges the data by using spss software, and researches the relationship between the principal’s leadership style and teacher’s job satisfaction under the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior based on the theory of leadership power change. The results of the study showed that the leadership style of principals was dominated by informational leadership style; teacher job satisfaction and teacher organizational citizenship behavior were at a moderate level; there were no significant differences between teachers’ perceived leadership style, job satisfaction and gender, age, and years of teaching experience, and there was a significant difference between teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior in terms of gender; the leadership style was able to positively predict teachers’ job satisfaction and or-ganizational citizenship behavior, and teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior positively predicts teacher job satisfaction. Based on this, principals should adopt more participatory and sales leadership styles, and systematically learn management knowledge to improve their management ability and quality.
