变应性鼻炎的临床治疗进展

摘要: 变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis, AR)，中医称为“鼻鼽”，是临床上一种常见且高发的鼻粘膜慢性炎症反应性疾病，出现鼻痒、喷嚏、鼻分泌物亢进、鼻粘膜肿胀等临床症状。且具有地域分布特征，对于AR的治疗上，中医、西医各有长处及短板，所以常常相结合运用于临床。本文将从AR中医和西医各自对AR的治疗上进行综述，以为后期临床工作者治疗AR提供思路。
Abstract: Allergic rhinitis (AR), known as “congested nose” in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), is a com-mon and highly prevalent chronic inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa, which is characterized by itchy nose, sneezing, hypersecretion of nasal secretions, swelling of nasal mucosa, and other clin-ical symptoms. It is characterized by geographical distribution. For the treatment of AR, Chinese medicine and Western medicine have their own strengths and weaknesses, so they are often com-bined and used in clinical practice. In this paper, we will summarize the treatment of AR by TCM and Western medicine to provide ideas for clinical workers to treat AR at a later stage.
