介入超声在儿童急腹症中的诊治进展

摘要: 介入超声作为一门新兴学科,具有操作便捷、安全、高效、经济实惠等特点,为小儿急腹症的诊治提供了新的方向,并在临床中发挥着越来越重要的作用。目前该技术主要运用于阑尾炎、肝脓肿、腹部闭合性损伤、胰腺假性囊肿、腹部手术后形成的局部含液性病变、肠套叠、卵巢扭转等。介入超声在儿童急腹症诊疗中,进一步提高了超声诊断的精准度,弥补了传统超声的不足,同时减轻患儿术中及术后痛苦,缩短住院时间,具有巨大的发展前景。本文通过回顾儿童急腹症诊断及治疗的相关文献,就介入超声在儿童急腹症的诊治进展进行综述,以期为该项技术在儿童急腹症诊疗的开展提供理论依据。
Abstract: As a new subject, interventional ultrasound has the characteristics of convenient operation, safety, efficiency, and economic benefits, which provides a new direction for the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric acute abdomen and plays an increasingly important role in clinical practice. At present, this technique is mainly used in appendicitis, liver abscess, abdominal closed injury, pancreatic pseudocyst, local fluid lesions formed after abdominal surgery, intussusception, ovarian torsion, etc. In the diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen in children, interventional ultrasound can further improve the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis, make up for the shortcomings of traditional ultra-sound, reduce the pain of children during and after operation, and shorten the length of hospital stay, which has great development prospects. This article reviews the relevant literature on the di-agnosis and treatment of acute abdomen in children, and summarizes the progress of intervention-al ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen in children, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of this technology in the diagnosis and treatment of acute ab-domen in children.
