Research on Optimization of Community Elderly Care Service under the Background of Smart Elderly Care

摘要: 社区智慧养老被视为缓解养老难的一剂良方，在许多地方实践中，社区智慧养老模式已初具规模。智慧养老凭借其信息化、智能化、个性化的特征，在平衡供需、医食住行、整合资源、监督反馈四个方面发挥其优势。但要真正实现社区智慧养老，需要根据智慧养老的特征，从明确需求与创新服务、技术效能与服务协同、主体协同与人才支持、服务监管与评估机制四个方面入手，稳步推动健康中国的建设和社区智慧养老服务质量的提升。

Abstract: Community smart pension is regarded as a good solution to ease the difficulties of elderly care, and the community smart pension model has begun to take shape in many local practices. With its information-based, intelligent and personalized characteristics, smart elderly care gives play to its advantages in four aspects: balance of supply and demand, medical, food, housing and transportation, integration of resources, and supervision and feedback. However, in order to truly realize community smart elderly care, it is necessary to steadily promote the construction of a healthy China and the improvement of community smart elderly care service quality according to the characteristics of smart elderly care, in four aspects: clear demand and innovative service, technical efficiency and service collaboration, subject collaboration and talent support, and service supervision and evaluation mechanism.
