基于BIM技术的地下车库管线综合设计
Comprehensive Design of Underground Garage Pipeline Based on BIM Technology
摘要: 地下车库能够实现城市空间的多重使用,减缓道路交通压力,解决停车难等问题。然而,其设计过程中广泛存在着管线繁多、复杂等情况,加大了设计与施工人员的工作难度。伴随着BIM技术在建筑行业的兴起,为解决上述难题提供了强有力的技术支持。本文已某地下车库为例,通过BIM技术实现了其建模及管线综合设计,使得施工过程中的疑难问题得已解决,数字化管理水平得到提高,降低了建筑用料与施工成本。
Abstract:
Underground garages can achieve multiple uses of urban space, alleviate road traffic pressure, and solve problems such as parking difficulties. However, there are numerous and complex pipelines in the design process, which increases the difficulty of design and construction personnel. With the rise of BIM technology in the construction industry, it provides strong technical support to solve the above problems. Therefore, this article has taken an underground garage as an example and achieved its modeling and pipeline comprehensive design through BIM technology, which has solved difficult problems during the construction process, improved the level of digital management, and reduced building materials and construction costs.
