泰它西普治疗pSS高免疫球蛋白血症2例并文献复习
Two Cases of Primary Sjogren’s Syndrome with Hyperimmunoglobulinemia Treated with Telitacicept and Literature Review
摘要: 目的：报道2例原发性干燥综合征(pSS)高免疫球蛋白血症，短期小剂量皮下注射泰它西普进行治疗。方法：回顾性描述2例原发性干燥综合征(pSS)高免疫球蛋白血症患者的临床资料、实验室及影像学检查并复习相关文献进行分析。结果：2例pSS患者短期注射泰它西普后IgG水平下降，且无不良反应发生。结论：短期小剂量注射泰它西普对pSS患者进行早期干预使免疫球蛋白水平降低对pSS患者的预后具有一定的临床意义。但仍需进一步临床试验以提供完备的治疗意见。
Abstract: Objective: To report two cases of hyperimmunoglobulinemia in primary Sjogren’s syndrome (pSS). Methods: The clinical data, laboratory and imaging findings of 2 patients with hyperimmunoglobu-linemia in primary Sjogren’s syndrome (pSS) were retrospectively described. Results: The IgG level of 2 patients with pSS decreased after short-term injection of Telitacicept, and no adverse reaction occurred. Conclusion: It is of clinical significance for the prognosis of pSS patients to reduce the level of immunoglobulin after the early intervention of short term and small dose of Telitacicept. Howev-er, further clinical trials are needed to provide complete treatment advice.
