西南地区科技创新与产业结构升级耦合协调研究
Research on the Coupling and Coordination of Scientific and Technological Innovation and Industrial Structure Upgrading in Southwest China
摘要: 探究科技创新与产业结构升级的耦合协调关系,对于实现区域高质量协调发展具有重要意义。文章通过构建科技创新与产业结构升级评价指标体系,基于熵值法、耦合协调度模型分析2009~2021年西南地区科技创新与产业结构升级的协调发展状况。研究发现:西南地区科技创新与产业结构升级发展水平呈逐年上升趋势,表现为四川和重庆优势明显,云南和贵州相对较弱;重庆、贵州和云南属于科技创新滞后型,四川为产业结构升级滞后型;西南地区两系统的耦合协调水平同样呈稳步上升趋势,2021年,四川和重庆分别达到优质协调、良好协调阶段,云南和贵州处于初级协调阶段。
Abstract: Exploring the coupling and coordination relationship between scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading is of great significance for achieving regional high-quality and coordinated development. By constructing the evaluation index system of science and technology innovation and industrial structure upgrading, this paper analyzes the coordinated development of science and technology innovation and industrial structure upgrading in Southwest China from 2009 to 2021 based on entropy method and coupling coordination degree model. The results show that the development level of technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading in southwest China is increasing year by year, and Sichuan and Chong-qing have obvious advantages, while Yunnan and Guizhou are relatively weak. Chongqing, Guizhou and Yunnan are lagging in scientific and technological innovation, while Sichuan is lagging in industrial structure upgrading. The coupling coordination level of the two systems in Southwest China also shows a steady upward trend. In 2021, Sichuan and Chongqing will reach the stage of high-quality coordination and good coordination respectively, while Yunnan and Guizhou will be in the primary coordination stage.
