文化治理视域下天水市乡村文化建设路径探析

Analysis on the Road of Rural Culture Construction in Tianshui City from the Perspective of Cultural Governance

摘要: 本文运用熵值法对当前天水市乡村文化建设水平进行了评价，天水市乡村文化建设受到主体缺位、载体同质化和传播无序等因素的影响出现了一定的内卷化困境，推动主体回归、盘活载体是天水市乡村文化建设的迫切之举，推动多元主体、介体和载体的融合是天水市乡村文化建设的发展趋势，基于此提出了拓展文化资源内涵、构建多元主体驱动体系和鼓励非政府组织参与等诸多举措，以期形成独特的乡村文化记忆空间，实现天水市乡村多维度的振兴。

Abstract: In this paper, the entropy method is used to evaluate the current level of rural cultural construction in Tianshui City. The rural cultural construction in Tianshui City is affected by the absence of the main body, the homogenization of the carrier and the disorderly dissemination of the carrier and other factors, and has a certain dilemma of entanglement. It is urgent to promote the return of the main body and revitalize the carrier for the rural cultural construction in Tianshui City. Push of the fusion of multiple subject, medium body and carrier is the development trend of Tianshui rural culture construction. Based on this, we proposed to expand culture resources connotation, build multivariate main drive system and encourage non-governmental organizations to participate in, and many other measures, in order to form a unique rural cultural memory space, realize the Tianshui rural multi-dimensional revitalization.
