乡村振兴背景下公费师范生理想信念培育反思与路径探析

摘要: 《新时代的中国青年》白皮书中提到新时代中国青年把树立正确的理想、坚定的信念作为立身之本,在基层实践中为脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴提供新助力。公费师范生作为乡村教师的主要优质来源、乡村教育发展的可靠人才,其理想信念坚定与否,对实现乡村全面振兴、巩固脱贫攻坚成果起到关键作用。通过考察调研当前公费师范生理想信念现状以及各高校对于公费师范生开展理想信念培育情况,将实际状况中出现的问题进行原因分析并提出可行性路径,从而坚定公费师范生奉献乡村教育事业、助力乡村全面振兴的理想信念。
Abstract: The white paper Chinese Youth in the New Era mentions that Chinese youth in the new era regard the establishment of correct ideals and firm beliefs as the foundation of their standing, providing new assistance for poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in grassroots practice. Public funded normal school students, as the main source of high-quality rural teachers and reliable talents for rural education development, play a crucial role in achieving comprehensive rural revitalization and consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation. By examining and researching the current status of ideal and belief cultivation among public funded normal school students and the situation of various universities in cultivating ideal and belief cultivation for public funded normal school students, the reasons for the problems that arise in the actual situation are analyzed and feasible paths are proposed, in order to strengthen the ideal and belief of public funded normal school students in contributing to rural education and promoting comprehensive rural revitalization.
