运用黄元御理论对抑郁症病因浅析

摘要: 抑郁症是一种表现为一系列以阳气虚弱为主要症状的情感型精神障碍综合征。最新统计研究数据显示，抑郁障碍已成为导致伤残损失健康生命年的第三大原因。黄元御医学理论指出此类情志异常疾病的发生与肾、脾、心、肝、肺等脏腑阳气运行变化具有密切联系。对抑郁症病因的认识应考虑多脏腑气机变化的内在联系，并以脾肾阳虚为本，心阳虚为标，兼具肝气郁结，肺气不降，阴血亏虚，痰浊丛生为主的抑郁症病因病机。

Abstract: Depression is an affective disorder syndrome characterized by a series of symptoms characterized by weak yang qi. The latest statistical research data shows that depression has become the third leading cause of disability and loss of healthy life years. Huang Yuanyu’s medical theory points out that the occurrence of such emotional disorders is closely related to the changes in the movement of yang qi in organs such as the kidney, spleen, heart, liver, and lungs. The understanding of the etiol-ogy of depression should consider the internal connection between the changes in multiple organs and qi mechanisms, and take spleen and kidney yang deficiency as the foundation and heart yang deficiency as the standard. It also has the main etiology and pathogenesis of depression, including liver qi stagnation, lung qi stagnation, yin and blood deficiency, and phlegm stagnation.
