我国青少年非自杀性自伤研究综述——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

摘要: 目的：探讨国内外近年来青少年非自杀性自伤的研究现状及趋势。方法：以中国知网数据库中从建库至2023年6月26日收录的文献为来源，通过CiteSpace软件对青少年非自杀性自伤相关文献进行可视化分析。结果：共纳入文献712篇，年发文量总体呈上升趋势；最高频的关键词为青少年、自伤、自伤行为、抑郁症、中学生。结论：非自杀性自伤领域研究人员众多且机构间缺乏有效的合作联系，未来应多开展相关实证研究促进该学科发展。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the research status and trend of non-suicidal self-injury in adolescents at home and abroad in recent years. Methods: Based on the literature collected from the CNKI database from the establishment of the database to June 26, 2023, the CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the literature related to non-suicidal self-injury in adolescents. Results: A total of 712 articles were included, and the annual number of articles was on the rise. The most frequently used keywords were adolescents, self-injury, self-injury behavior, depression, and middle school students. Conclusion: There are many researchers in the field of non-suicidal self-injury and there is a lack of effective cooperation between institutions. In the future, more empirical research should be carried out to promote the development of this discipline.
