摘要: 卵巢交界性Brenner瘤(ovarian borderline Brenner tumor)是一种相对罕见的卵巢肿瘤，其形成主要与肿瘤细胞的基因突变有关，合并子宫内膜癌的病例更为罕见。本文报道1例卵巢交界性Brenner瘤合并子宫内膜癌的病例，并结合此病例复习相关文献，分析其临床表现、诊断、诊疗及预后，将有助于提高研究者对于Brenner瘤的认识，为临床诊治提供依据。
Abstract: Ovarian Borderline Brenner tumor is a relatively rare ovarian tumor, and its formation is mainly related to the genetic mutation of tumor cells, and cases of endometrial cancer are even rarer. This article reports a case of ovarian junctional Brenner tumor complicated with endometrial cancer, and reviews the relevant literature in combination with this case to analyze its clinical manifesta-tions, diagnosis, diagnosis and treatment and prognosis, which will help improve researcher’s un-derstanding of Brenner tumor and provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
