摘要: 目的:对单侧双通道内镜(UBE)技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的应用与进展进行综述。方法:广泛查阅国内外应用UBE治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的文献,对该技术的发展史、操作要点、在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用、相关并发症和不良反应以及优势与不足等方面进行综述。
Abstract: Objective: To review the application and progress of unilateral dual-channel endoscopy (UBE) in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods: Literatures about the application of UBE in the treatment of LDH in China and abroad were extensively reviewed, including the history, operation points, application in LDH, related complications and adverse reactions, as well as advantages and disadvantages.
