数字化背景下商业银行的转型

The Transformation of Commercial Banks under the Digital Background

摘要: 随着物联网、人工智能、大数据、区块链等新技术的发展，数字经济所带来的数字化将带来产业升级和商业银行的变革，商业银行作为一个产业，同时又作为金融机构中的一员，面临着很大的挑战，而且银行业作为严格受监督的企业，数字化转型的进程相对缓慢。同时，又受到互联网金融、金融科技公司等新入场者的冲击和挑战。基于此，本文从数字经济的背景下出发，先从四个方面分析了当下商业银行存在的问题，然后结合我国当前银行的数字化转型现状，从战略转型、组织变革、技术转型、业务转型四个方面分析了数字化转型的路径，最后做出小结。

Abstract: With the development of new technologies such as the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, big data and block chain, the digitalization brought by the digital economy will bring industrial upgrading and the transformation of commercial banks. As an industry and a member of financial institutions, commercial banks are facing great challenges. Moreover, as enterprises are under strict supervision, the process of digital transformation is relatively slow. At the same time, they are also impacted and challenged by new entrants such as Internet finance and fin-tech companies. Based on this, starting from the background of the digital economy, this paper first analyzes the current problems of commercial banks from four aspects, and then combines with the current digital transformation status of Chinese banks, analyzes the path of digital transformation from four aspects of strategic transformation, organizational change, technological transformation and business transformation, and finally makes a summary.
