中医外治法防治慢性便秘的研究进展

Research Progress on Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Constipation by External Treatment of TCM

摘要: 中医外治法对慢性便秘的治疗有以下几种常用的治法：针刺疗法、推拿疗法、穴位埋线疗法、穴位贴敷法、灌肠疗法、耳穴压贴等。中医外治法治疗慢性便秘疗效较好，但目前仍存在一些不足之处：① 关于中医外治法在慢性便秘治疗方面的文献类研究较多，而对于疾病预防类的研究较少；② 在临床相关实验研究过程中，对于治疗慢性便秘效果的判定缺乏一个统一标准，应进一步进行系统的规范；③ 目前的文献研究主要集中在对临床效果的评价上，而对实验方面的研究很少，对其机理的探索还有待进一步的探索。今后，要强化预防疾病的观念；对便秘的治疗效果进行统一评价；为更深层次地探索中医外治法对便秘的作用机理，应加大实验研究。

Abstract: External treatment of chronic constipation on the treatment of the following commonly used treat-ment: Acupuncture therapy, massage therapy, acupoint catgut embedding therapy, acupoint ap-plication, enema therapy, auricular acupoint pressing and so on. Treatment of chronic constipation with external therapy of TCM is effective, but there are still some deficiencies. 1) There are more literatures on the treatment of chronic constipation with external treatment of TCM, but less on the prevention of disease. 2) In the process of clinical related experimental studies, there is no unified standard for the determination of the effect of treatment of chronic constipation, which should be further standardized. 3) At present, the literature mainly focuses on the evaluation of the clinical effect, but the experimental study is very little, and the mechanism remains to be further explored. In the future, we should strengthen the concept of disease prevention, evaluate the therapeutic ef-fect of constipation, and explore the mechanism of TCM external treatment.
