中职班主任班级德育工作现存问题及策略探究

Exploring the Existing Problems and Strategies of Moral Education in the Class of Secondary Vocational School Class Teachers

摘要: “立德树人”作为近年来我国新提出的一种创新性的教育目标，要求新时代中职教师注重学生在学习和素养双方面的发展，这就在一定程度上突出了中职院校班主任学生管理工作的重要性，班主任不仅要关注学生的知识学习程度，还要将“立德树人”作为学生管理工作的最终目标。本文在立德树人理念的指导下，通过分析中职班主任德育工作现状，找出存在的问题，针对性地提出管理建议。

Abstract: “Cultivating virtue and cultivating people” requires secondary vocational teachers in the new era to pay attention to the development of students in both learning and literacy, which to a certain extent highlights the importance of student management of class teachers in secondary vocational schools, class teachers should not only pay attention to students’ knowledge learning level, but also take “Cultivating virtue and cultivating people” as the ultimate goal of student management. Under the guidance of the concept of cultivating virtue and cultivating people, this paper analyzes the current situation of moral education of secondary vocational class teachers, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward targeted management suggestions.
