摘要: 本文以《中药辨识与方药实训》课程为背景,探讨了基于OBE (Outcomes-Based Education)理念的思政教学模式设计与实施。通过分析OBE理念的核心要素和特点,结合《中药辨识与方药实训》课程的特点,提出以培养学生的思想道德素养和职业道德为目标的教学模式。该模式注重学生的主体性和能动性,通过设定明确的学习目标和评价标准,引导学生主动参与学习和实践,培养学生的创新能力和实践能力。同时,通过课程内容的选择和设计,将思政教育与《中药辨识与方药实训》相结合,使学生在学习中不仅能够掌握专业知识和技能,还能够提升自身的思想境界和职业素养。实践证明,基于OBE理念的思政教学模式在《中药辨识与方药实训》课程中取得了良好的效果,为培养具有全面发展的中医药人才提供了有力的支持。
Abstract:
This paper explores the design and implementation of an ideological and political teaching model based on the concept of Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) in the course “Chinese Medicine Identification and Prescription Training”. By analyzing the core elements and characteristics of OBE concept and combining them with the characteristics of the course, the paper proposes a teaching model that aims to cultivate students’ ideological and moral qualities and professional ethics. This model emphasizes students’ subjectivity and initiative, guiding them to actively participate in learning and practice through clear learning objectives and evaluation criteria, and cultivating their innovative and practical abilities. At the same time, by integrating ideological and political education with the content selection and design of the course, students not only acquire professional knowledge and skills but also enhance their ideological realm and professional qualities. Practice has proven that the ideological and political teaching model based on the OBE concept has achieved good results in the course of “Chinese Medicine Identification and Prescription Training”, providing strong support for the cultivation of comprehensive Chinese medicine talents.
