Currently, the mental health literacy of young people in China is at a relatively low level, with a compliance rate of only 14.24%. The level of mental health literacy among young people urgently needs to be improved. This article explores the impact of cultural background, mental health resources, educational environment, family environment, and individual factors on ado-lescent mental health literacy based on social ecosystem theory, and proposes corresponding measures. The aim is to provide certain research ideas and references for future researchers to improve the level of adolescent mental health literacy.
