论社会主义核心价值观融入大学生心理健康教育的意义及路径选择

On the Significance and Path Choice of Integrating Socialist Core Values into College Students’ Mental Health Education

摘要: 社会主义核心价值观是当代中国精神的集中体现，它凝结着全体人民共同的价值追求。对大学生而言，随着我国社会经济的快速发展和西方价值观的不断传入，大学生的心理很难不受到多元化价值观的影响，而从教育层面来讲，社会主义核心价值观在调节大学生的认知、塑造大学生的人格等方面发挥着重要作用，因此，各大高校应将社会主义核心价值观融入到大学生的心理健康教育中去，使大学生的身心得到健康全面的发展。

Abstract: Socialist core values are the concentrated embodiment of contemporary Chinese spirit, which con-denses the common value pursuit of all the people. As for college students, with the rapid develop-ment of China’s social economy and the continuous introduction of western values, it is difficult for college students’ psychology not to be influenced by diversified values. From the perspective of ed-ucation, the socialist core values play an important role in regulating college students’ cognition and shaping their personality. Major colleges and universities should integrate the socialist core values into the mental health education of college students, so that their physical and mental health can get healthy and comprehensive development.
