成功诊治宫内合并宫角妊娠1例及文献复习

Successfully Managing Cornual Heterotopic Pregnancies: A Case Report and Literature Review

摘要: 宫内合并宫角妊娠是一种罕见的严重妊娠并发症。本文报告一例29岁妇女，在体外受精–胚胎移植后发生宫内合并宫角妊娠。在宫角妊娠破裂的情况下，行腹腔镜清除左侧宫角妊娠，成功保留宫内妊娠。在妊娠36 + 6周时，此孕妇行剖宫产术顺利分娩一名健康男婴，获得良好的妊娠结局。本病例报告说明了早期诊断的重要性，以及细致的手术技术如何有效地切除宫内异位妊娠，同时成功保留宫内妊娠。

Abstract: Cornual heterotopic pregnancy is a rare and serious complication of pregnancy. We report a 29-year-old woman underwent after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer and was diagnosed with cornual heterotopic pregnancy. In the case of a ruptured cornual pregnancy, she underwent laparoscopy and wedge resection of the light cornual ectopic pregnancy. The intrauterine pregnan-cy progressed uneventfully and a healthy baby boy was delivered via caesarean section at 36 + 6 weeks. This case report illustrates the importance of early diagnosis, and how meticulous surgical technique is effective in removing the cornual ectopic pregnancy while preserving the intrauterine pregnancy.
