Risks and Governance of Cryptographic Digital Currency

摘要: 近年来数字货币的快速发展带来了创新性的变革，但同时也带来了数据、金融等方面的风险。数字货币符合当今数字经济的需求，是未来发展的趋势，但我国目前对数字货币几乎“一刀切”式的管制方法还存有争议。本文欲从加密数字货币的潜在风险入手，借鉴他国监管之经验，提出我国本土化加密数字货币的治理路径，以维护我国的金融秩序，促进我国经济的发展。

Abstract: The rapid development of digital currencies in recent years has brought about innovative changes, but also risks in terms of data and finance. Digital currency meets the needs of today’s digital economy and is a trend for future development, but China’s current almost “one-size-fits-all” approach to regulating digital currencies is still controversial. Therefore, this paper starts from the potential risks of cryp-to-digital currencies, draws on the regulatory experience of other countries, and puts forward the governance path of China’s localized crypto-digital currencies, in order to maintain China’s financial order and promote the development of China’s economy.
