摘要: 在线纠纷解决机制自诞生以来，一直处于持续并且蓬勃发展阶段。近年来，互联网已经成为了人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分，利用互联网解决生活中的矛盾纠纷是大势所趋。因此，越来越多的人选择使用在线纠纷解决机制网络平台，期望以高效率解决矛盾纠纷。但是，在目前阶段，在线纠纷解决机制网络平台的发展处于成长期，流程体系不够规范，主要体现为政府主导的力量不够完善、市场资源配置的手段不够灵活，以及二者之间的关系等问题。因此，有必要从政府主导的构建、市场资源配置的切入方式，以及如何平衡政府主导与市场资源配置之间的关系这三个方面对在线纠纷解决机制的发展前景做路径探索，旨在构建一个高效、公正、合理的纠纷解决机制，为公众提供一个良好的解决纠纷的网络平台。

Abstract: Since its birth, the online dispute resolution mechanism has been in a continuous and vigorous development stage. In recent years, the Internet has become an indispensable part of people’s daily life, and it is the trend of the times to use the Internet to solve the conflicts and disputes in their daily life. Therefore, more and more people choose to use the online dispute resolution mechanism network platform, hoping to solve conflicts and disputes with high efficiency. However, at the current stage, the development of the online dispute resolution mechanism network platform is in the growth period, and the process system is not standardized enough, which is mainly reflected in the lack of government-led forces, the flexibility of market resources allocation, and the relationship between the two. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the development prospect of online dispute settlement mechanism from three aspects: the government leading construction, the market allocation of resources, and how to balance the relationship be-tween the government leading and market allocation of resources. The aim is to build an efficient, fair and reasonable dispute resolution mechanism, providing the public with a good network platform for resolving disputes.
