业财融合下高校财务报销系统实践与探索

摘要: 教育事业的快速发展，信息技术的不断进步，推动高校持续加强管理，加快了高校财务信息化的建设进程，而财务报销系统是财务信息化的一项重要内容。由于各学校财务报销管理不均衡，业财融合效果不明显，存在一定的管理问题。文章对目前高校财务报销现状进行分析，在业财融合下，充分利用RPA及AI人工智能技术，构建财务智能报销系统，并提出优化建议，不断提升高校财务报销管理水平，推动学校高质量发展。

Abstract: The rapid development of education, the continuous progress of information technology. To pro-mote the continuous strengthening of the management of universities, accelerated the process of building financial information technology in universities. And the financial reimbursement system is an important element of financial information technology. Due to uneven management of finan-cial claims across schools, the effect of financial integration is not obvious, and there are certain management problems. The article analyzes the current situation of financial reimbursement in colleges and universities. Under the integration of business and finance, make full use of RPA and AI artificial intelligence technology to build a financial intelligent reimbursement system and make suggestions for optimization. Continuously improve the level of financial reimbursement management in universities and promote the high-quality development of schools.
