新时代农村地区法律援助制度问题探究

摘要: 法治乡村建设是促进农村地区经济持续健康发力、产业结构转型升级的重要保障。其中，法律援助是法治乡村建设的重要组成部分，也是新时代背景下促进农村地区发展的兜底性制度保障。在新时代背景下，“三农”问题仅靠原有的农村法律援助制度已经无法解决新型涉农纠纷问题，对进一步推进法治乡村建设也会产生不利影响。因此，立足新时代新的发展阶段，从实际出发探析农村法律援助存在的不足并提出相应的解决对策以促进农村法律援助体系的专业化与系统化。

Abstract: Rural construction ruled by law is an important guarantee to promote the sustained and healthy development of rural economy and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure. Legal aid is an important part of rural construction ruled by law, and it is also the fundamental institutional guarantee to promote rural development in the new period. Under the background of the new era, relying solely on the existing rural legal aid system can not solve the new agricultural disputes, but will also have a negative impact on further promoting the rule of law in rural areas. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the shortage of rural legal aid based on the new period and new development stage, and put forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the specialization and systematization of rural legal aid system.
