浦东机场航站楼设施全生命周期运维管理研究
The Research on the Whole Life Cycle Operation and Maintenance Management of Pudong Airport Terminal facilities
摘要: 本文基于浦东机场航站楼设施运维现状,结合国内外案例分析,研究提出了定制化和可普及推广的设施全生命周期运维管理模式。从全生命周期出发,以设施运维为核心任务,全盘考虑材料与构件生产、规划与设计、建造与运输、拆除与处理等四个阶段的全循环过程,改善现有航站楼设施运维管理现状,实现对航站楼设施的“精细”、“智能”、“全面”管理,提升安全管理效果,并能降本增效,推进智慧机场的建设和管理。
Abstract:
Based on the current situation of operation and maintenance of Pudong Airport Terminal facilities, this paper, combined with case studies both domestically and internationally, proposes a customized and widely applicable facility lifecycle operation and maintenance management model. Starting from the whole life cycle and focusing on facility operation and maintenance as the core task, the article comprehensively considers the full cycle process of the four stages: material and component production, planning and design, construction and transportation, demolition and disposal. It aims to improve the current operation and maintenance management of airport terminal facilities, achieve “fine”, “intelligent”, and “comprehensive” management of airport terminal facilities, enhance safety management effectiveness, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and promote the construction and management of smart airports.
