Analysis of Osteoporosis Drug Prescriptions in Our Hospital

摘要: 目的：分析我院骨质疏松药物处方，为骨质疏松药物的合理使用提供临床参考。方法：对我院2022年7月~2023年6月的骨质疏松药物处方信息进行统计，依据药品说明书和相关指南规范对处方合理性进行分析。结果：骨质疏松患者年龄分布集中在50~80岁，女性患者更常见；涉及的药物包括阿法骨化醇软胶囊、骨化三醇胶丸、碳酸钙D3片、地舒单抗注射液、唑来膦酸注射液、鲑降钙素注射液、鲑降钙素喷鼻剂、特立帕肽注射液等；不合理处方共计21张，占比0.69%，具体不合理原因为临床诊断不全、用法用量不合理和药物相互作用。结论：我院骨质疏松用药情况总体合理，个别处方存在不合理情况，药师在调配药品时需对处方中药物的选择和使用加强审核与干预。

Abstract: Objective: Analyze the osteoporosis drug prescriptions in our hospital, to provide reference for ra-tional use of osteoporosis (OP) drugs. Methods: According to drug instructions and relevant guidelines, make an analysis and statistic to the rationality of osteoporos is drug prescriptions in our hospital from July 2022 to June 2023. Results: The basic information of patients was analyzed, and the main age distribution was 50 to 80 years old. The drugs involved in this paper include Alfacal-cidol Soft Capsules, Calcitriol Soft Capsules, Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Tablets, Denosumab Injection, Zoledronic Acid Injection, Salmon Calcitonin Injection, Salmon Calcitonin Nasal Spray, Teriparatide Injection, etc. In this analysis, there were 21 irrational prescriptions, accounting for 0.69%, involving lack of incomplete clinical diagnosis, irrational usage and dosage, and drug interactions. Conclusions: The application of drug in patients with OP is reasonable generally. Individual prescriptions are unreasonable. Pharmacists should strengthen prescription verification and intervention.
