论高等教育法规对高职院校辅导员与学生关系的指导作用

On the Guiding Effect of Higher Education Laws and Regulations on the Relationship between Counselors and Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要: 随着教育的普遍性，如今教育所培养的对象将由过去的少数优秀人群变为现在普遍人群，那么这其中老师与学生之间的关系也在不断地发生变化，由于社会环境的影响等方面，从细节上都会发生一些微妙的变化。在高职院校中，其教育方式有所不同，高职教育所关注的是学生实践发展，着重培养技术型人才，学生的整体方面有所偏重，自身综合素质会有所偏弱。从社会环境以及社会氛围来说，这些都将会不断地在影响着高职院校辅导员与学生之间关系改变的原因。本文着重从高职院校中辅导员与学生之间的关系出发，讨论如何在高等教育法规的指导下，针对高职院校辅导员与学生之间关系做出一些实质性的改变，并且能够有相关的指导作用。

Abstract: With the universality of education, the object of education today will change from a small number of outstanding people in the past to a common population now, so the relationship between teachers and students is constantly changing, and some subtle changes will take place in details due to the influence of social environment. In higher vocational colleges, their educational methods are dif-ferent. Higher vocational education focuses on the practical development of students and focuses on the training of technical talents. The overall aspect of students is somewhat heavy, and their com-prehensive quality will be somewhat weak. From the social environment and social atmosphere, these will continue to affect the change of the relationship between counselors and students in higher vocational colleges. This paper focuses on the relationship between counselors and students in higher vocational colleges, and discusses how to make some substantive changes in the relation-ship between counselors and students in higher education under the guidance of higher education laws and regulations, and can have relevant guidance role.
