传播学视域下《五台山概况》翻译策略研究
Research on the Translation Strategies of Overview of Wutai Mountain from the Perspective of Communication
摘要: 随着国内外旅游市场的恢复,旅游成为小康社会中人民对美好生活的新需求。本文基于传播学理论,以山西《五台山概况》为例,从传播者、内容、受众者、媒介和效果进行传播分析,提出在旅游文本的英译中,可以采取拆分重组、增添补充和去繁就简的翻译技巧来实现预期的传播效果,助力旅游业的发展。
Abstract:
With the recovery of the tourism market at home and abroad, tourism has become a new demand for people in a better life. Based on the theory of communication, this paper takes the Overview of Wutai Mountain in Shaanxi Province as an example, analyzes from the perspectives of dissemina-tors, content, audiences, media and effects, and proposes that in the translation of tourism texts, the translation skills of splitting and reorganizing, amplification and omission can be adopted to achieve the expected communication effects and boost tourism.
