OBE理念引导下的跨境电商专业群课程地图构建——以杭州师范大学钱江学院跨境电商专业群为例

Construction of Course Map for Cross-Border E-Commerce Majors’ Group Guided by OBE Conception—Taking the Cross-Border E-Commerce Majors’ Group of Qianjiang College in Hangzhou Normal University as an Example

摘要: 近年来，OBE (Outcome-based Education)作为一种学习目标导向的教育模式，在国内高校课堂教学改革与研究中悄然兴起，而突破专业边界、以共享共建的形式培养人才的新模式在我校正式开展并取得了一定的成效。本研究正是以本校跨境电商专业群建设为契机，通过将跨境电商专业群人才培养总目标分解，并依次构建“培养目标–课程体系”对应矩阵、“岗位群–对应岗位”矩阵、“岗位群–课程群”矩阵，最终得到跨境电商专业群课程地图。经过两年的实施，学生学习目标更为明确，学习兴趣普遍提高，教学目标达成度更好。

Abstract: In recent years, OBE (Outcome-based Education), as a learning goal oriented education model, has emerged in the reform and research of classroom teaching in domestic universities. The new model of breaking through majors’ boundaries and cultivating talents through sharing and co-construction has been officially launched in our school and has achieved some results. This study takes the construction of our school’s cross-border e-commerce majors’ group as an opportunity to decompose the overall goal of talent cultivation and sequentially construct the corresponding matrix of “culti-vation goal-curriculum system”, “position group-corresponding positions” matrix, and “position group-curriculum group” matrix, ultimately obtaining the curriculum map of the cross-border e-commerce majors’ group. After two years of implementation, students show that their learning objectives have become clearer, their interest in learning has generally increased, and the achievement of teaching objectives has improved.
