摘要: 随着中国经济的快速发展，综合国力的不断增强，数字经济、互联网平台进入大众视野，也逐渐成为国家经济快速发展的助推剂，尤其在过去的疫情三年中，互联网经济充分展示了它的灵活性，也给人们带来了极大方便。但由于互联网平台拥有其特有的属性，招致互联网平台企业的垄断格局形成的非常容易。由于平台之间的竞争激烈，因此一些互联网平台企业便滥用其市场支配地位，加上对支配地位的界定十分模糊，而需要对互联网平台企业滥用其支配地位作一个具体的规范和标准，从而限制其利用市场地位来获取高额的利润，而损害互联网平台企业的健康发展，同时也能够进一步完善反垄断法的发展，对互联网平台企业进行管理，从而提高传统反垄断法在互联网平台企业中的适用。

However, due to the unique attributes of Inter-net platforms, it is very easy to form a monopoly pattern of Internet platform enterprises. Due to the fierce competition between platforms, some Internet platform enterprises abuse their dominant market position, and the definition of dominant position is very vague, so it is necessary to make a specific norm and standard for Internet platform enterprises to abuse their dominant position, so as to restrict their use of market position to obtain high profits, and harm the healthy development of Internet platform enterprises, and at the same time further improve the development of anti-monopoly law and manage Internet platform enterprises, so as to improve the application of traditional anti-monopoly law in Internet platform enterprises.
