腹腔镜下诊疗大网膜局灶性扭转坏死伴急性化脓性阑尾炎：1例报道及文献回顾
Laparoscopic Diagnosis and Treatment of Focal Torsion Necrosis of the Greater Omen-tum with Acute Suppurative Appendicitis: A Case Report and Literature Review
摘要: 急性阑尾炎和大网膜扭转均是临床急腹症，急性阑尾炎很常见，容易鉴别和诊断，而后者临床病因不明，且诊断较难，容易误诊。本次采用腹腔镜微创手术进行探查治疗，顺利诊治大网膜局灶性扭转坏死伴急性化脓性阑尾炎1例，详细描述大网膜扭转情况以及手术治疗过程，并对大网膜扭转的病因机制及治疗方案进行文献回顾。
Abstract: Acute appendicitis and greater omentum torsion are both clinical acute abdominal diseases, and acute appendicitis is common and easy to distinguish and diagnose, the latter has an unknown clin-ical etiology and is difficult to diagnose, making it prone to misdiagnosis. This time, laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery was used for exploration and treatment, a case of focal torsion and ne-crosis of the greater omentum accompanied by acute suppurative appendicitis was successfully di-agnosed and treated. The situation and surgical treatment process of the greater omentum torsion were described in detail, and the etiology, mechanism, and treatment plan of the greater omentum torsion were reviewed in the literature.
