基于数据挖掘探讨安立文教授治疗勃起功能障碍的用药规律

Exploration on the Medication Rule of Professor An Liwen in the Treatment of Erec-tile Dysfunction Based on Data Mining

摘要: 目的：基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)探讨安立文教授治疗男性勃起功能障碍的用药经验。方法：收集筛选出2021年07月~2022年10月期间就诊于安立文教授门诊且符合纳入标准的ED病例142例，提取其首诊中药处方，录入中医传承辅助平台，进行频次统计分析、组方规律分析。结果：本研究共纳入142首处方，包含98味中药，药性以温性为主，药味甘辛苦并举；归经多属肾、肝经；功效频次以补虚药频次最高，活血药次之。通过组方规律得到11味核心药物，包括淫羊藿、远志、蛇床子、水蛭、葫芦巴、锁阳、肉苁蓉、川芎、蜈蚣、合欢皮、菟丝子；核心药物组合为“淫羊藿，蜈蚣”、“川芎，淫羊藿”、“川芎、蜈蚣”。结论：安立文教授治疗ED多用温补、活血之品，兼用安神解郁药，同时注重不可一味温补肾阳。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze and excavate the TCM prescription experience of Professor An Liwen in the treatment of erectile dysfunction, based on the TCM inheritance assistant system software (V2.5). Method: Collect screened during July 2021~October 2022 outpatient clinic in An LiWen professor and incorporated into the standard ED cases 142 cases, then extract its first clinical traditional Chi-nese medicine prescription, input of Chinese auxiliary platform, frequency of statistical analysis, the formula law analysis. Results: This study included 142 prescriptions, contains 98 taste traditional Chinese medicine, medicinal properties is given priority to with warm, the medicinal taste is sweet, spicy and bitter simultaneously; return the kidney, liver meridian; efficacy of highest frequency to make up for virtual medicine frequency, invigorate the circulation of medicine. Through the formu-la rule 11 core drugs, including Epimedium, Polygala, Common cnidium fruit, Leeches, Fenugreek, Lock Yang, Cistanche, Rhizoma ligustici wallichii, Centipede, Cortex albiziae and Dodder. The core drug combinations were “Epimedium, Centipede”, “Rhizoma ligustici wallichii, Epimedium” and “Rhizoma ligustici wallichii, Centipede”. Conclusion: Professor An Liwen treats erectile dysfunction mainly with drugs for invigorating blood circulation and replenishing kidney function, that combi-nates with nerves resolve depression drug, at the same time the attention do not blindly warming Yang.
