肩周炎的中西医保守治疗
Conservative Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

摘要: 肩周炎全称肩关节周围炎，肩部疼痛和功能障碍等为肩周炎主要表现，当今人民生活水平提高，肩周炎患病率逐渐上升并且呈年轻化趋势。另外，本病还有病程迁延，病情不稳和复发等特征。对肩周炎的治疗中，中医和西医都有许多行之有效的方法，既有采用单一手段也有多种治疗方法相结合。本文对近十年中医西医结合治疗肩周炎的相关文献进行了全面分析，以期为肩周炎的临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract: Periarthritis of shoulder is the main manifestation of shoulder pain and functional dysfunction. With the improvement of people’s living standards, the prevalence of periarthritis of shoulder is gradually increasing and showing a trend of younger people. In addition, the disease has the char-acteristics of prolonged course, instability and recurrence. In the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder, both Chinese medicine and Western medicine have many effective methods, both using a single means and a variety of treatment methods combined. This article makes a comprehensive analysis of the relevant literature on the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder in the past ten years, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.
