高等院校学生跨文化沟通力的培养
The Cultivation of Cross-Cultural Communication Ability of Students in Colleges and Universities
摘要: 跨文化沟通力是高等院校学生国际化素质培养的重要关注点。本文基于跨文化交际理论，从分析跨文化沟通力的内涵与特征入手，分析了培养高等院校学生跨文化沟通力的途径，对本科学生跨文化沟通力的培养具有理论与实践意义，提升高等院校学生的国际化素质。
Abstract:
Cross-cultural communication is an important focus of international quality training for students in colleges and universities. Based on the theory of intercultural communication, this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of intercultural communication ability and analyzes the ways to cultivate the intercultural communication ability of college students, which has theoretical and practical significance for the cultivation of undergraduate students’ intercultural communication ability and improves the internationalization quality of college students.
