摘要: 胸腰段骨折是最常见的脊柱骨折。如何恢复脊柱的稳定性是治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的重中之重。因此,术前准确、全面地评价胸腰段骨折的稳定性是治疗的重要环节之一。后方韧带复合体的损伤程度评估脊柱稳定性及指导治疗中拥有非常重要的地位。本文根据各影像学检查的特点,查阅相关的文献,对不同影像学检查评估后方韧带复合体损伤的准确性及可靠性进行综述。希望对临床治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折提供参考。
Abstract: Thoracolumbar fracture is the most common spinal fracture. How to restore the stability of the spine is the most important thing in the treatment of thoracolumbar spinal fractures. Therefore, accurate and comprehensive evaluation of the stability of thoracolumbar fracture before operation is one of the important links in the treatment. The injury degree of posterior ligament complex plays a very important role in evaluating spinal stability and guiding treatment. According to the characteristics of various imaging examinations and consulting the relevant literature, this paper reviews the accuracy and reliability of different imaging examinations in the evaluation of posterior ligament complex injury. It is hoped to provide reference for the clinical treatment of thoracolum-bar spinal fractures.
