近十年国内外胜任力研究热点与趋势——基于CiteSpace的可视化对比研究

摘要: 人才是衡量一个国家综合国力的重要指标，综合国力竞争说到底是人才竞争。从中国知网CNKI数据库和Web of Science数据库中提取相关文献及引文数据，运用CiteSpace软件对国内外有关胜任力研究领域的文献信息进行知识图谱的可视化分析，分别从文献发文量时间分布、发文国家、核心期刊、主要作者、关键词和研究热点等角度进行分析，进一步归纳出当前国内外胜任力领域的研究热点和前沿、展望未来可能的研究方向。通过对胜任力研究领域知识图谱的可视化分析，把握住国内外胜任力领域的整体研究现状，分析国内外胜任力研究存在的差异，为今后胜任力领域的深入研究提供借鉴。
Abstract: Talent is an important indicator to measure a country’s comprehensive national strength. From the China CNKI database and Web of Science database extract relevant literature and citation data, using CiteSpace software on the literature analysis in the field of knowledge analysis, respectively from literature post time distribution, post countries, core journals, the main author, keywords and research perspective, further summarizes the current competence in the field of research and frontier, looking forward to the future possible research direction. Through the visual analysis of the knowledge graph in the field of competency research, grasp the overall research status in the field of competency at home and abroad, analyze the differences in competency research at home and abroad, and provide reference for the in-depth research in the field of competency in the future.
